Dear Buff and Staff,
Today your installers completed the installation of our two new central air conditioners.
We were initially referred to DCS by our realtor and friend, Kevin stern. We have used DCS for several years since then, both at this address and our previous home in Cathedral City. We have always been totally satisfied with your service.
We want to tell you that our satisfaction continues.
With the initial visit from your sale representative, David Buracchio, through the installation of both our units lead by Justin, (with some great intermittent service by Eddie to get us through the heat of the day without air conditioning) and our communication with Jolene and others at your office, we know our choice to go with DCS was the right one.
The sale and installation was smooth, well-organized and on time. Your installers left not a single fingerprint or smudge anywhere. Were it not for our wonderful, quiet, and hopefully far more efficient new units, there would be no sign of your presents.

I have enclosed a Customer Satisfaction Survey, which you sent for comment on the installation of our new HVAC system on November 15, and 16, 2006.
I do want to give this letter of appreciation and congratulations also. Appreciation for the excellent work and totally professional manner the five men and the office staff who were involved in this project: Cisco and his partner, who did the installation of the new equipment, and the gentlemen who helped with the removal of the old units, the gentleman that came to do the fall inspection, the gentleman that came to do the temporary repair work with David, and the salesman. I must also make mention of the persons at the other end of the phone when I called, for her helpfulness and courtesy. In every case these employees were a credit to your organization.
In my professional life I was responsible for customer satisfaction programs with McDonald’s Corporation (among other responsibilities) so I am well aware that good costumer service is no accident. It is the result of committed leadership with vision, “ownership” and teamwork of the part of every employee. Congratulations to all of you! Oh yes, and thanks for the new HVAC system!

Dear Friends,
Last Thursday, you folks installed a new evaporative cooler for us, as well as doing a bit of electrical work, and installing a new thermostat.
We just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with your workmen and their workmanship. I do not remember the name of the young man in charge, but we so much appreciated the fact that he did not reek of tobacco smoke, and used clean language. This is not always the case with service techs these days.
We were also very pleased and happy with the fact, that not only did they do an excellent job, but even cleaned up after themselves, taking time to vacuum under the cooler inlet, and shaking out a towel that had accumulated some dust.
We will be most happy to recommend your business to anyone looking for quality service. We surely have been very pleased with your work and your demeanor.
